Elma 2 is the unofficial name of a project that aims to remake Elasto Mania from scratch, with adding many new features.
Download & install
Unzip elma2.zip to your Elma/EOL directory.
Known bugs/issues
- Local multiplayer mode doesn't work.
- Minimap is not shown.
- Timer is not shown.
- When levels are being loaded, the game lags a bit.
- Replays cannot be saved/played.
- Pictures/textures are not shown in level.
- Center camera is always enabled.
- Cannot play internal levels (unless you have them as external levels, of course).
- If lev folder is empty, the game crashes when starting.
- Flower is rendered in front of kuski.
If you find some bugs that are not listed here, please add them.
datafiles folder
The "datafiles" folder contains some files that are required for Elma 2 to work. The subfolders "looknfeel", "imagesets" and "schemes" contain descriptions about the look and feel of menus. Elma 2 uses the look and feel called "TaharezLook". So by editing the "TaharezLook.*" files, it is possible to customize the look and feel of Elma 2.
